wellerassociates group cashback

The wellerassociates group will be introducing a new website this summer to facilitate cash back purchases for online buyers.
Sam Weller group leader say
"This has been something that I have wanted to do for a while. Unfortunatley we did not have the quality of personnel neccessary in place last year to execute this. This has now changed.
Wellerassociate have undergone some fundamental changes with talented professionals now able to take the group to where it wants to go. Exciting developments with video streaming, online stress management packages, training and now cash backs.
I am extremely excited about the future of the group and what the potential is for us as a group to expand."

Testimonial received 16th April 2010

HI Sam, you may remember my visiting you last year around May and June time as i was getting concerned about some wedding nerves before my wedding in July. I am the teacher from Didcot girls school.

Well, i remember saying i would send you a quick line after the wedding and honeymoon to let you know how it all went and only today did i notice the letter i wrote to you is still on my computer and all this time i thought i'd sent it. It's a bit late now but nevertheless it's only fair to let you know that all went very well and i felt perfectly relaxed and enjoyed the day as a result. I can't tell you how impressed i was with the effect the sessions had on me.

So albeit a bit late, thanks again for your help and i'll certainly keep you in mind should i, or someone i know, need similar help in the confidence area.

All the best.
Cheers. Jason.(Burns)

wellerassociates working with GuidepostsTrust and Perpetual Legacy

To enable you to feel relaxed and cope as a carer Wellerassociates working in partnership with Guideposts Trust and Perpetual Legacy are producing a series of national and county based websites.
These websites will offer a range of stress busting MP3s and CDs,which will be backed up by coaching and counselling.

50% of any income generated goes back to the Trust to support Guideposts charity work.

All you have to do is sit back and listen in the comfort of your own home at a time of your choosing.

A comprehensive stress management online support programmes is included as part of the overall stress management package for carers.

Hypnotherapy has long been used to help reduce stress levels and anxiety. Carers will be able to relax, refresh and recharge every step of the way.

Sam Weller who has devised the programme has been a hypnotherapist since 1989,with extensive experience of stress management. As part of his working arrangement with Guideposts Trust Sam and his team will be accessible in person to answer questions and provide an ongoing counselling and support service when ever needed, and for as long as needed.

Some comments

“Sam Weller's soothing voice takes you through a quick hypnotic induction into a countdown to relaxation.
It's very easy to follow Sam's guided technique, to relax body and mind and go with the flow.
The body is relaxed from the toes upward and I was pleasantly surprised when I felt a slight tingling in my fingers as I relaxed more deeply.
All tensions gradually faded away and I felt a sense of mental calm and a lightness as each body part loosened. As the relaxation deepened, I went down a plush carpeted stairway, which I was able to visualise and feel under my feet with ease.
The suggestions as I was in my place of deep relaxation helped me to forget and let go of any worries and allow my subconscious mind to boost confidence in all areas of my daily life. A very comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing experience".

“Guideposts Trust and Dementiaweb in conjuction with wellerassociates and Perpetual Legacy are implementing a number of sites across the UK to help provide stress management care for carers.
Intergral to this is the work Sam is doing with us.
Each purchaser will receive a back up programme from emails with online coaching and direct access to Sam himself.
Also included will be a specially crafted newsletter for carers.
All in all the complete stress management programme.
Very effective and very affordable.”

The national and county sites go live on the 24th May.

hypnotherapy sessions and what to expect

Before any hypnotherapy starts we normally discuss with the clients what they require, fees charged and number of sessions required. Everything spoken is confirmed in writing with a terms of business sent by email, including directions to the practise and where to park.

At the first hypnotherapy session the client’s requirements are discussed in detail. Before any induction starts a full and comprehensive explanation of the techniques to be employed will be explained. This is essential for the client to fully understand what is happening and why, thus allowing them to have confidence in the process and relax.

After the session a full and comprehensive debrief is undertaken so the clients knows that trance state was engaged and communication with the subconscious mind did take place. This is important for the follow up session whereby clients usually go much deeper into trance thus enjoying the quality relaxation and allowing greater access to the subconscious.
Technique not mystique being the order of the day.

A hypnotherapy CD/MP3 is also provided as back up, and for weight loss clients a weight loss guide.

Sessions are usually held at weekly intervals, which works best. The subconscious mind loves repetition and simple, direct and clean language delivered by a professionally trained hypnotic voice. This allied to a strong desire factor for readiness for change can achieve great results.
