Zoom sessions are still available

Due to the pandemic  121 sessions were off the menu and replaced by Zoom.

This has proven to be very popular and continues in a slightly different format.

In as much as the first session is face to face.(normal pattern is for 3 sessions)

Follow up sessions (2) are done by Zoom which saves travelling   etc.

As usual there is track back up and weight loss guide where applicable.
